Privacy & Data
Respecting and protecting the confidentiality of the information you send us is very important to us. As a responsible company, we follow these principles: in France, personal data is protected in particular by Law No. 78-87 of 6 January 1978, Law No. 2004-801 of 6 August 2004, Article L. 226-13 of the Criminal Code and the European Directive of 24 October 1995.
Information collection
When using the website https://histoires-digitales.fr, certain data may be collected: the URL of the links through which the user accessed the website, the user's internet service provider, the user's Internet Protocol (IP) address, and the user's last name, first name, company and email address. In any event, Histoires Digitales only collects personal information about the user for the purposes of certain services offered, in particular sending the newsletter. The user provides this information knowingly, in particular when entering it themselves.
User Rights
In accordance with Articles 38 et seq. of Law 78-17 of 6 January 1978 on information technology, data files and civil liberties, every user has a right of access, rectification and objection regarding their personal data, by submitting a written and signed request, together with a copy of an identity document bearing the holder's signature, and stating the address to which the reply should be sent. No personal information about the user is published without the user's knowledge, exchanged, transferred, assigned or sold on any medium whatsoever to third parties.
Hyperlinks and Cookies
The website contains a number of hyperlinks to other websites. However, Histoires Digitales is not able to check the content of the websites visited in this way and therefore accepts no liability in this respect. Browsing the website may result in cookie(s) being installed on the user's computer to make subsequent browsing easier and to allow various audience measurements.
Data Processing
We collect personal data on two occasions: quote requests, and the contact and newsletter sign-up forms. Data collected: last name, first name, email address, information requested. We pay particular attention to the security of your data (offline storage, update policy, backup systems). We keep your data for the necessary periods: quote request data (10 years), prospect data (2 years after the last contact), cookies (6 months).
